"The Ipswich Festival"
Artists are encouraged to enter artwork produced during the Foundation Stones Program into local art competitions, such as the Ipswich Show Society or the Ipswich Arts Awards. We see our roles as assistant bridge builders as we explore what the access issues are for that artists and how we can assist them to overcome that barrier.
Through out Stepping Stones Program James has exhibited his artwork, been assisted to complete paperwork, won first place in the Ipswich Show Society Art Competition, completed a workshop series at Turning Earth Ceramics, visited art exhibitions and assisted Debbie with marketing. James is looking forward to joining in the unmasking of ArtISability in September and displaying the work he has already completed in the Stepping Stones Program.
